ANIL SALVI has been known as a wildlife activist ever since his SCHOOL college days. He was attracted towards trekking. During a visit to KAWADI PAT , he saw a really BIODIVERSITY for the first time in his life. The passion of trekking, thus, got diverted towards nature, and then turned towards nature conservation.

In 1990, when ANIL was about to complete his civil Engineering, he founded ‘WILD’ organization. Here, many professional courses like “Bird Watching” are conducted.

He runs a small hospital for wild animals and birds. He has treated, cured and rescued many snakes, birds, kites, owls and civets.

Anil is a good writer/Wildlife Photographer/Film Maker.

He is a known orator. His speeches on his own experiences in the jungle are always appreciated on a mass level. He has delivered thousands of speeches and lectures in schools, colleges, institutes, organizations, clubs and groups.

Anil has a deep interest in mammals and invertebrates. He has a long experience of staying in deep jungles. He has covered almost every type of forest in India.
