According to my own opinion instead of employment it is better to be self-employed. Social and large contacts and goodwill.

Joined Police Department in 1 Jan 1964 .Recruited as Police Constable after the completion of advance training in Regional Training school Khandala. After successful training posted in pune city. Worked in khadak Police station, Vikrambaug Police station, Camp Police station, Yerwada Police station etc. Beside Police worked also as Writer, P C Detection Branch, Served efficiently in important Position. During year 1977 promoted as Police Hawaldar. Received valuable Reward and sought to appear MPSC for P.S.I examination. After obtaining best marks successful in 1980 in physical and written test. After completion of P.S.I training of Nasik college year 1982-83 graters Mumbai Posted in vile Parle Police station. Congratulated by supervisor for Efficient Service Person. During 1983 to 1990 Pune city in various Police Station as P.S.I.while working on Deccan gymkhana as a social worker obtained place for Erandawana Police choky and constructed Erandawana Police choky looked after all legal matter within the periphery of Erandwana Police choky became public celebrity and felt as social obligation. Honored public by them M P Shri Annasaheb Joshi.

Nine year onward worked in Ahmadnagar District in various police station somewhere independently. Promoted as Police Inspector in Police Commissioner Office in Navi Mumbai .While working at Vashi as criminal Investigation Officer solved most of criminal affairs.

Worked as Police Deputy Superintendent C.I.D in Crime Branch of Aurangabad and retired in year 2003. At present working as social work & doing counseling job.
